Pricing follows the scope of the application surfaces and the evidence you can share. Figures below are starting points in Korean won; we confirm an estimate after a short scoping exchange.
Engagement & Quality Reporting Cycle
From ₩4,800,000 per cycle
Three to five weeks for a first cycle covering agreed surfaces, engagement signals, quality checkpoints, a written English report, and one remote walkthrough. Price rises when multiple applications, heavy masking requirements, or on-site kickoff travel apply.
User Journey Review
From ₩1,900,000 per journey
Five to ten business days for one primary and one secondary path with annotated steps and a concise brief. Extra journeys are quoted separately.
Service Quality Baseline
From ₩3,200,000
Two to three weeks to define quality signals, take an initial reading, and document how to re-measure after a release.
Recurring Reporting Retainer
From ₩1,400,000 per month
Month-to-month after an initial cycle or baseline. Includes one written monthly report, period comparison, limited email questions, and a quarterly review call. Overflow deep dives are quoted apart from the retainer.
