Our practice
About SysData Online
We write application reports that help product and operations teams see engagement and service quality clearly — without turning the engagement into a software product pitch.
SysData Online grew from repeated requests for plain-language reporting on live online applications. Clients already had charts somewhere. What they lacked was a shared written picture of engagement and service quality they could take into planning meetings.
We work from 293-11,Songhyeonri,Sowon-myeonTaean-gunChungcheongnam-doKorea, serving organisations across Korea and remote clients who need English reporting. The subject is always the application people actually use — renewals, bookings, requests, status checks — not a generic “digital transformation” story.
How we work
Every engagement begins with scope: which surfaces matter, which signals count as engagement, and which quality checkpoints belong in the review. Observation follows. The deliverable is a written report with evidence notes and a short ranked follow-up list. Walkthroughs are remote by default.
We do not sell dashboard hosting or permanent monitoring software. When ongoing updates help, we offer a written monthly retainer that reuses the same outline so comparisons stay meaningful.

Values that show up in the work
- Evidence over memory — findings cite a window and a source.
- Plain English — reports must be readable by product and support leads alike.
- Honest gaps — when data is thin, we say so instead of inventing industry averages.
- Privacy-aware access — sensitive personal data must be masked before sharing.
